Start Your Business in Greece Without Leaving Your Country

Step 1 – Choose the Right Corporate Structure

We guide you in selecting the most suitable corporate structure for your business – which could be a capital company, a branch, or a partnership – optimizing for your personal business plan.

Step 2 – Obtain Greek Tax Numbers

Before registering your business, every shareholder – and often directors – must have a Greek tax number (AFM). We arrange AFM registration for foreigners via power of attorney, ensuring fast company formation without the need to travel to Greece.

Step 3 – Secure Your Business License

From retail to tourism and specialized industries, we manage applications and liaise with Greek authorities to obtain your business license quickly, ensuring your company can operate legally as soon as possible.

Step 4 – Register Your Trademark in Greece & the EU

We file and manage your trademark registration with the Greek Industrial Property Organisation (OBI) and, if desired, the EUIPO for EU-wide protection – ensuring your brand name, logo, and identity are legally safeguarded against infringement.

Step 5 – Ensure Compliance with Greek & EU Regulations

We provide ongoing legal support covering GDPR, employment law, and sector-specific EU directives and regulations. This ensures your business in Greece remains compliant, avoids costly penalties, and is ready for seamless expansion across the Greek market.
